In the USA a very intersting program has been started called, Cash for Clunkers - not only is the program name catchy it is also very environmentally friendly! Basically this program encourages people to get rid of their old cars and buy a new, more energy efficient automobile. I will keep up with news and commentary on the program and others like it.
